Abstract:
The article contains the authors’ understanding of the concept of strategic alliance. The main areas and directions of potential cooperation between partner enterprises are identified. Sources of synergy in such cooperation are generalized. By means of multi-criteria optimization tools (the analytic hierarchy process and TOPSIS), using the concept of potential synergies based on the model of strategic interaction, the model of choosing partners to create strategic business alliances is developed.
