THE CFO, A MODERN BUSINESS VALUE DRIVER

Abstract:
The todays CFO is a business value driver for any modern business organization. For the evaluation of the created value, Economic Value Added (EVA) has been used to highlight and quantify the value contribution of the CFO activities to the business value creation process. The present paper is using a simplified EVA calculation model to determine that CFO activities are business value drivers that contribute to the business value creation process of the business organization.
