This program offers its students the opportunity to acquire professional competencies in the field of management, regardless of its levels (top/middle/low management - within the organization), respectively micro/ meso/macro-economic), or the type of organization (public/private, small/large, profit seeking/non-profit).
Also, the program envisages the inter- and trans-disciplinary deepening of management studies, together with the development of scientific re- search abilities. All these aim to obtain theoretical and practical information and knowledge, professional and scientific abilities and competencies, which are able to facilitate the adaptation to the labour market requirements of both Romania and the EU for future graduates.
Part of the graduates will have the opportunity to continue their research through doctoral programs within the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the ULBS, especially on Management (but in Economics and Finance as well).
