Course Description:
Technology and Operational Management plays a crucial role in the allocation of resources in the economic system of a firm. The existing information is used by a wide number of different agents in their respective decision-making processes. The purpose of the course is to prepare students to be able to achieve the competence of preparing decision and to elaborate summary information about the firm's perspective in a given period. Additionaly, students should be able to understand, interpret the technological and operational research information provided by the firm and act properly.

2. To study and apply the most important concepts about production and operational management
