Course description:

This course combines theory and practical applications concerning financial decisions. For MBA students it is fundamental to understand the specific financial decisions a manager should take to increase the value of the company. This course is designed to cover the financial decisions: investment decision (on what projects should the firm spend money), the financing decision (how should the firm's investment projects be financed) and the dividend policy of the company (how should the company allocate its profits).
