1. Know the concepts of strategy and strategic management and their importance for any kind of organization in influencing a it's (sustainable) competitiveness

2. Understand the strategic management process and the key-role of strategy within it

3. Develop the ability to work in teams and to lead working teams in order to elaborate formulate implement control and evaluate a company's strategy

4. Enable creative and critical thinking, fast and timely decision-making, and proactive behaviours

5. Gain of the necessary knowledge, abilities and competencies needed in order to perform a strategic audit
