Course Objectives:
1. Understand the negotiation activity, business communication and protocol, the differentiation of various communication forms and gaining the knowledge of their importance in order to obtain business results
2. Gain the required knowledge to perform communication, negotiation and protocol skills, in accordance with various specific situations and choosing the right staff for such an endeavor
3. Organize an individual system of values with an internal logic which is adequate for the studied course
4. Operate with the methods, techniques and the fundamental algorithms within this field
